Creamy yogurt and granola bowl that makes for a nutritious breakfast or snack.

This recipe only takes a couple of minutes to make, is very filling and satisfying.

For a fresh bite, I love adding fruit to this granola bowl as well as jam.

To keep it healthier, I am adding homemade chia jam which is made with chia seeds, berries, real maple syrup and lemon juice.

You can certainly use any store-bough granola but I love making homemade granola.

To me, it tastes so much better than the store-bought and more importantly is has less sugar, fat, and no additives.

Whether it’s my coconut and almond granola or chocolate granola one of my favorite ways to serve it is with yogurt and berries.

Full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, probiotics and antioxidants. It also keeps me full longer and keeps my energy high!

I recommend using a full-fat, plain yogurt like greek yogurt but you can also use a dairy free yogurt if you want to keep it vegan.

Build Your Bowl

Start with yogurt in the center.

I highly recommend full-fat, plain yogurt as fat-free is more processed and tends to have more sugar (to make up for flavor).

Next, swirl in some chia jam for sweetness, then add your favorite granola and berries.
