Ingredients
- 1 pound Green Beans

- 6, minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes
Directions
These spicy garlic green beans make for a great side dish on any dinner table!
Vibrant and still crunchy green beans are slightly sweet.
They are cooked at a high heat with small bits of onion, lots of garlic and chili flakes for a kick!
You can use any kind of green bean, I am using French beans.
French green beans are slightly longer and skinnier than regular green beans.
Green beans are a good source of vitamins and minerals and can also be consumed raw!
For the onion, you can use sweet onion, brown, red or even shallot!
Though adding onion isn’t necessary, I personally love a bit of onion flavor in my dish.
This side dish comes together quick and pairs well with any protein. It’s especially great with creamy mashed potatoes!
You can serve this side dish hot or at room temperature.
Any leftovers are recommended to store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
