Creamy and sweet raspberry vinaigrette is a fun twist on a salad dressing!

This salad dressing is perfect for any summer salad but especially a berry and feta salad.

To make this vinaigrette, you will need 7 ingredients and a blender.

You can use a standing mixer or a hand-held immersion blender.

This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to make and is full plant-based.

Raspberries are great source of fiber, vitamin C, and powerful antioxidants.

These small but mighty berries offer a variety of health and nutrition benefits.

This is why I incorporate raspberries into my diet.

Red wine vinegar is the best vinegar for this raspberry vinaigrette.

It’s also important to use a high quality extra virgin olive oil.

The secret for any great vinaigrette is adding mustard and honey.

Using mustard also helps with emulsifying the dressing.
