- 15 ounces Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 0.25 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Matcha Green Tea Powder (Ceremonial is best)
- 0.25 cup Real Maple Syrup
- 0.3 cup Chia Seeds

I don’t know about you but I like to snack throughout the day. Sometime’s I’m in the mood for salty or sweet.
Chia jam for snacking is always great because it can easily be made ahead of time, holds up great and can be customized!
This green tea matcha chia jam will satisfy you and provide your body with loads of antioxidants and fiber!

Steps
1 Done | Add Everything Into Your BlenderStart by adding the coconut milk, almond milk. matcha powder and real maple syrup to your blender and blend on high for about 1 minutes. Next, add the chia seeds and blend again for 2 minutes. Transfer the matcha chia pudding into 3 jars. Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for up tp 5 days. The chia pudding will firm up in the refrigerator slightly and results in the most creamy consistency! |
