I don’t know about you but I like to snack throughout the day.
Sometime’s I’m in the mood for salty or sweet.
Chia jam for snacking is always great because it can easily be made ahead of time, holds up great and can be customized!
This green tea matcha chia jam will satisfy you and provide your body with loads of antioxidants and fiber!
Matcha calms the mind and relaxes the body. It has shown to also enhance your mood and concentration. Great right?
Matcha is finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves, traditionally consumed in East Asia and produced in Japan!
The best matcha powder for drinks is ceremonial grade matcha powder.
It is the highest quality grade of matcha that is vibrant green, sweet and slightly grassy.
A high quality matcha powder can have a high price tag, however, after trying a few out there on the market, it is worth every penny!
To sweeten this chi pudding, I prefer using a refined sugar free alternative like real maple syrup.
