If you love a cheesy pizza, this margherita pizza dip is for you!

When you are having some friends over for a glass of wine and want to make a quick appetizer, get a sleeve or two of Wellington™ Crackers.

These buttery crackers pair so well with all kinds of cheeses, dips and more.

This margherita pizza dip recipe is so easy to make, requires just a handful of ingredients and takes 15 minutes to make.

Oh and it has three different kinds of cheeses!

After creamy ricotta cheese and salty parmesan are mixed together, the cheesy mixture is spread into a baking dish – or my personal favorite, a cast iron skillet.

The cheesy goodness is then topped with your favorite marinara sauce and sliced mozzarella.

Next, the dip is baked until the cheese is beautifully melted and has browned slightly.

For the full margherita pizza experience, I like to garnish this dip with grape tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.

And as with any dip, a good cracker is needed!

Spoon this dip onto a buttery Wellington™ Traditional Water Cracker and you will be amazed by how much it tastes like pizza!

Wellington™ offers a variety of crackers from the traditional, toasted sesame, cracked pepper, multigrain and more!

They come in round, square and rectangle shapes so that your appetizer is not only delicious but also visually pleasing to the eye.
