1 cup, chopped Cucumber
1 cup, chopped & frozen Banana
handful (about 1 cup) Spinach
1 Kiwi

A bright green and slightly tangy green smoothie!

I crave smoothies during the warmer months and a green smoothie is always a great idea!

Usually, smoothies are milk-based but this one starts with freshly squeezed orange juice!

It’s full of vitamin C which is great for your immune system.

A refreshing drink that will keep you hydrated and healthy!

Grab Your Blender

Start by adding the orange and lemon juice to the blender, then the fruits and spinach.

Blend until smooth!

You can enjoy right away or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

You know what? I LOVE kiwi and used to buy them all the time and now I hardly ever do. This is such a great way to use them. I love that you add spinach so it’s not too sweet AND you get more nutrients. Can’t wait to try this!
