A vibrant and slightly tangy kiwi green smoothie!
I crave smoothies during the warmer months and a green smoothie is always a great idea!
Usually, smoothies are milk-based but this one starts with freshly squeezed orange juice!
It’s full of vitamin C which is great for your immune system.
A refreshing drink that will keep you hydrated and healthy!
Kiwi is packed with nutrition and offers numerous health benefits.
Due to the high vitamin C content in the kiwi, it can help treat asthma, aids digestion and boosts the immunity system.
We all know that dark leafy greens are good for us. Adding them to a smoothie allows us to consume then in larger quantities and getting all of the nutrients it’s raw form.
Spinach is high in antioxidants, is a functional food, supports brain health, and protects eye health.
Adding oranges and cucumber to this smoothie adds body as well as increases the water content which is so necessary for our bodies.
Eating oranges also boosts immunity system, helps our bodies make collagen, aids the body with healing wounds and gives us smoother skin.
You can skip the lemon but I love the hint of tartness it gives this smoothie.
Consuming lemon juice on a regular basis can help prevent kidney stones, protect against anemia, and can reduce cancer risk among many other health benefits.

I never thought to include kiwi in my smoothie but what a great idea! I bet it’s so refreshing.
You know what? I LOVE kiwi and used to buy them all the time and now I hardly ever do. This is such a great way to use them. I love that you add spinach so it’s not too sweet AND you get more nutrients. Can’t wait to try this!
