So when it is getting cold outside and you want to cozy up on the couch and watch some Netflix, the best thing to sip on is a Hot Chocolate, don’t you think?

The best part about hot chocolate is that you can make it however you like it.

Try adding different spices and chocolate/cocoa powder varieties, not to mention the toppings! The options are endless!

Steps

1
Done

Combine Dry Ingredients

Get a large bowl and sift the sugar, cocoa powder, and other spices then whisk to combine.

You want to sift the ingredients to get rid of any lumps.

Once combined, store in a jar with a lid or any well sealed container.

For the candy cane 'dust,' simply break up a candy cane and pulse a few times in the food processor until you have your desired texture.

2
Done

Add Hot Milk (Don't forget the marshmellows!)

To serve yourself a cup of hot cocoa, add 4 tbsp of your desired hot chocolate mix to 2 cups of hot milk.

The best part - any milk will work!

We only drink dairy-free milk, preferably almond milk around here and it makes a rich, creamy and cozy cup of hot chocolate.

The Perfect Holiday Gift

Add the mixes to mason jars or clear treat bags tied up with a cute bow.

Trust me, anyone will love these!
