Sweet, boozy and fizzy mango gin cocktail that is easy to make and only requires 5 ingredients.

I love a good effervescent drink, especially when it has a fruity aspect.

When mango is in season and my mango tree gives me lots to harvest, I tend to cube and freeze a ton.

Whether you use fresh or frozen mango, this refreshing cocktail is always in season!

This drink is made in the blender then poured into a glass and topped with sparkling water.

I like using lime flavored sparkling water since fresh lime juice is added to the mango gin mix.

However, you can use any kind of sparkling water you like!

The sweetness in this cocktail is not overpowering at all and can be adjusted.

If the mango lacks sweetness, add more agave syrup.

Lime juice pairs perfectly with mango but any other citrus juice can be used. Lemon, orange or even blood orange would work well!

In regards to the booze, I am a gin girl all the way, however, tequila or vodka can also be used.

For an alcohol free version, simply leave out the alcohol and enjoy as is!
