Easy, 4-ingredient bright pink dragon fruit smoothie bowl!

Summer months call for smoothies.

A smoothie in a bowl with toppings is not only pretty but it makes it even more fun to eat!

Add any toppings you like or have on hand!

Oat granola is another great topping as it ads crunch and fiber!

Steps

The Ingredients

If you want your smoothie bowl to be very cold, use frozen bananas.

You can peel and slice the banana then store them in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for a minimum of 1 hour.

Hemp seeds are a great source of protein, healthful fatty acids, and fiber. This ingredient is optional but recommended.

You can use any type of milk you like. I always have homemade almond milk on hand and prefer the flavor.

Get Your Blender

Add all of the smoothie ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

You can store this smoothie in an air-tight jar in your refrigerator for up to 4 days!
