This recipe originated fro South Korea and everyone on all social media platforms went crazy over it!
Because of this drink, everyone now has instant coffee in their kitchen pantry, myself included.
Since this recipe is super simple, I recommend getting the best instant coffee you can find.
Organic, fair trade instant coffee is the best option.
I always have homemade almond milk on hand and use it to make this drink but any milk will work!
For the sugar, I prefer coconut sugar or cane. It gives the coffee foam a caramel-taste and it’s not too sweet.
