I love adding chia seeds as they are loaded with antioxidants, are high in omega-3 fatty acids, and contain fiber.
Berries are my favorite fruits to have in the morning. Whether frozen then thawed or fresh, I love having them on hand at all times.
I used to be a nutella addict and that is I like to add just a bit of my healthy and natural nutella to my oatmeal.
Oatmeal can be a bit texture lacking at times and that’s why I add a spoonful of my homemade granola as well.
Make The Oatmeal
Add the non-dairy milk, oats, chia seeds and maple syrup to a pot and heat on high heat.
Stir occasionally as it comes up to a gentle boil.
Once it's at a gently boil, turn off the heat, stir then move the pot off the heat and allow it to rest for a couple of minutes.
