A refreshing, lightly sweet cranberry orange gin fizz cocktail that works for any occasion!

Although I am not a big drinker and I usually stick to wine, I’ve been really into gin cocktails lately.

Gin is a clear and neutral liquor and pairs pretty much with anything!

good quality gin is what takes any gin cocktail to the next level.

Gin is made by distillation from a base of grain, usually wheat or barley.

Botanicals along with water are added until the desired flavors are met.

To be called a Gin, the Spirit must have a predominant flavor of Juniper berries.

I prefer my cocktails lightly sweet with some effervescent and a fruit aspect.

Since I make my own homemade jams and I’ve been making a lot of cranberry sauce which turns into a jam-like consistency when it’s refrigerated, I decided to add it to this cocktail.

If you have another homemade jam on hand, give it a try!

For just 1 serving, you can make this drink in your glass.

If you are making a larger quantity, add the ingredients to a pitcher then pour over ice!
