How excited are you? Christmas time is here and it’s time to make bark!
Making chocolate bark is one of the easiest things ever and it gives you the opportunity to add whatever you like, get creative!
I’m sticking to the Christmas colors red and green. I love nuts and seeds and think it really compliments the chocolate as well. Whatever you have in your pantry, chop it up and sprinkle it over the chocolate.
For the chocolate, you can use any kind you like. I am using a mix of milk and dark chocolate.
Steps
1 Done | Melt The ChocolateChop your chocolate into bits, add to a large heat proof bowl and place it over a pot with 2-3 inches of hot, boiling water. Using this double boiler method, melt your chocolate. Next, add the melted chocolate to a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a spoon, rubber spatula or an off set spatula, spread the chocolate evenly to create a thin layer of chocolate. |
