A simple, 4-ingredient blueberry smoothie that is packed with nutrients.

Blueberries are often labeled as a superfood as they are high in nutrients.

They are high in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and many more.

This makes blueberries the kind of antioxidant foods!

For added flavor and vitamins, I am using orange juice as the liquid for the smoothie.

You can use store-bought or freshly pressed but I recommend discarding the pulp.

For added volume and sweetness, frozen mango is great. Since the fruit is frozen, you won’t have to add ice cubes for a refreshingly cold smoothie.

Lastly, banana is a very common smoothie ingredient.

It adds body to the drink, sweetness, and keeps you fuller longer.

Though I personally don’t think a smoothie is a meal replacer, it is a great snack!

Blueberries are underrated and are great for breakfast, lunch and dessert recipes.
