1 cup Frozen Berries
1 Banana
1 cup Coconut Water
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
Optional Superfood Powders
2 teaspoons Maca Powder
2 teaspoons Camu Camu Powder

Don’t get me wrong, I love my green juices and smoothies but once in a while I love to switch it up with this berry smoothie.

It boost my energy, is full of vitamin c, natural sugars, and electrolytes!

Frozen berries are so convenient as they are available year-round and cheaper than fresh.

Frozen fruit work perfectly in his smoothie as it makes it cold without having to add ice!

I decided to add maca powder as it is rich in vitamin B, C, and E.

Adding this superfood to my smoothies helps with overall health including mood balance.

Your body does take a bit to get used to this superfood, so start out by only adding one teaspoon per serving.

Another great superfood powder that you can add instead of maca powder is camu camu.

Camu camu is full of vitamin C – 60 times more per serving than an orange!

Vitamin C helps to boost your immune system, is important for gum health, eye health, and more.



Blend away!

When making smoothies, it's always best to add your liquids to the blender first to help the blending process.

Add the coconut water, frozen berries, banana, maca or camu camu powder, and fresh lemon juice.

Blend until smooth then top with fresh berries and shredded coconut flakes if you like!
