0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
0.5 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
3, thinly sliced Garlic Cloves

Easy, oven baked tomato and feta pasta!

Yes, just like that viral TikTok video but amp up the tomato flavor by using Pomì Chopped Tomatoes from the Pomì Italian Weekend Trio!

You can now purchase your favorite tomato products via amazon.

This simple recipe comes together quick and the oven does most of the work for you.

The only thing left to do while the tomato and feta bakes in the oven is cook the pasta.

You can use any pasta you like but I prefer a short pasta like this pipe rigate!

Using high quality products is so important, especially when you are using minimal ingredients.

I love Pomì as their products come in a carton box, have no added salt, are non-GMO, always gluten free, kosher, and BPA free!

Their tomatoes are always 100% fresh Italian tomatoes and you can really taste the difference.

For the feta, I recommend buying the block that comes in the brine.

Since the feta is already quite salty and the Pomì Chopped Tomatoes are naturally sweet, not a lot of seasoning is needed for this recipe.

I am adding just a bit of sea salt, black pepper and for some heat, red pepper flakes!

Preheat The Oven

Preheat the oven to 425°F and bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta.

Grab A Baking Dish

To a baking dish add the Pomí® Chopped Tomatoes, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and sliced garlic.

Mix to combine.

Place the block of feta cheese into the middle of the baking dish then drizzle with olive oil.

Bake & Cook Pasta

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tomato sauce is bubbly and the feta is slightly browned around the edges.

While it bakes, cook the pasta until al-dente.

Add The Cooked Pasta To The Baked Tomato & Feta

Once the baking dish is removed from the oven, use a fork to mash and mix the feta and tomato sauce mixture.

Next, add the cooked pasta and fresh basil leaves. Mix to combine then serve.
