Add this vibrant and delicious anti-inflammatory smoothie to your routine!

This smoothie recipe is packed with nutrients and vitamins and is fully plant-based.

As with any smoothie recipe, it always starts with a liquid base.

For this smoothie, I am using orange juice as it is an excellent sources of vitamin C, which supports immune health!

Of course, freshly squeezed orange juice is best but you can also use store-bought.

For the beautiful color and flavor, berries are great.

I am using frozen berries and pineapple to give this smoothie a cold and refreshing taste.

A mix of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries is best but use whatever fresh or frozen berries you have on hand.

The pineapple adds another great level of flavor and acidity to this smoothie.

Kale is a superfood as it is among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet.

It is loaded with powerful antioxidants and an excellent source of vitamin C.

Dark leafy greens like kale can help lower cholesterol, which may reduce the risk of heart disease.

For this smoothie, I prefer using baby kale as it is more tender and blends much easier.

Fresh ginger has a ton of proven health benefits which is why I try to add it to my drinks and dishes as often as I can.

I also love that sweet and spicy kick!

Ginger has numerous health benefits due to its anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, and other properties.
