5 ingredient, 2 minute vegan chocolate pudding that is sweet, silky and smooth!
When that chocolate craving hits, this pudding is the way to go.
This pudding recipe could not be any easier. All you need if your food processor or blender.
The secret ingredient to that pudding like texture is tofu. Silken tofu.
Silken tofu is a Japanese-style undrained and unpressed tofu that is made from condensed soy milk.
It is much softer than firm or extra firm tofu.
The smooth, soft and silky texture makes for a great pudding!
The tofu provides the silky, pudding-like texture without having to use any gelatin or dairy.
Tofu is an excellent source of plant protein and contains all of the essential amino acids your body needs.
It also provides healthy fats, carbs, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.
I do recommend you get high quality, organic, non-GMO tofu.
This pudding is sweetened with real maple syrup and has s touch of vanilla and cocoa powder.
All of the ingredients are added to the food processor or blender then blended until silk and smooth.

I can’t believe how easy this is! And just the most luscious texture too. Thanks!
Creamy chocolatey bliss & dairy free! Amazing 🙂
Hi Joni,
Is there a way you can put the measurements in grams. I can’t wait to try this recipe.
Thank you
Hi Marcela! 16 ounces of tofu is about 453.59 grams (1 package). 1/4 cup of cocoa powder is 34 grams and 1/4 cup of maple syrup is 85 grams. Hope this helps 🙂
