2 cups Almond Milk
1 Banana
1 Beetroot
1 Carrot
1/2 cup Frozen Berries
1/4 cup Raw Nuts (Almonds and/or Walnuts)
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
1-2 tsp Bee Pollen

    Peel Your Beet and Carrot

    Peel and chop the beet and carrot. Chopping the hard vegetables will help your blender better break it down and blend it up.

    Get your High Speed Blender

    Start by adding the almond milk then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high until fully smooth.
