    Directions

I absolutely love making my own non-dairy milks at home. Some of my favorites are almond, cashew and hemp milk!

Hemp seeds have incredible health benefits and provide complete nutritional value with their blend of omega-3 and omega-6 fats, high fiber content, protein, and quality amino acid profile. Hemp seeds are also high in magnesium, a mineral that helps with relaxation, blood sugar control, blood pressure, and more! Impressive isn’t it?

I do enjoy plain hemp milk with granola or with my morning coffee but it does have a bit of a grassy taste. If you do not enjoy the plain flavor as much but still want to take advantage of the nutritional value, make it into strawberry or chocolate milk!

This hemp milk can be stored in the refrigerator and should be consumed within 4-5 days.
