    Directions

If you love eating sweets in the morning but need a healthier alternative, give this recipe a try. It is packed with vitamins and nutrients, sweet and refreshingly cold. You can use any kind of frozen fruit like mango, pineapple, raspberries or strawberries. I also add chlorophyll drops for additional health benefits and it enhances that beautiful green color. Chlorophyll can improve liver detoxification, speeds up wound healing, improves digestion and protects skin health. Adding chlorophyll is totally optional but recommended.

This recipe makes one large serving but can easily be shared by two!

Add all of your smoothie ingredients to your blender. Start with the milk and add the chlorophyll last. Blend until fully mixed. You smoothie should be thick and cold.

Pour the mixture into your bowl and add your desired toppings!

Gorgeous! I love smoothie bowls, especially with awesome ingredients like you used. Thanks for sharing!

I love the color! I haven’t had a spinach-containing smoothie in a long time. This is definitely going on my breakfast menu!

I’ve never thought of having chlorophyll in a smoothie. We used to give this to our dog, haha, but I can see the added benefits it will add in my morning routine. Thanks for the inspiration.

I’ve never used chlorophyll before! I’ll have to look it up! Your smoothie bowl is so pretty & I love that color!!
