1 Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/4 cup Lemon Juice use freshly squeezed lemon juice!
1 tsp Maca Powder
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/24cup Water

    Happy January! Healthy eating, making better nutritional choices, and of course exercise are among the most popular new year’s resolutions ever!

    With that said, I think everyone should have a standard green smoothie or juice recipe that they can rely on for a great breakfast option to get the day started or a mid-day snack to boost your vitamin and nutritional intake.

    To your blender, start by adding the liquids and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth!

    Maca is a root grown in the mountains of Peru and some call it the Peruvian Ginseng. Maca is rich in vitamin B, C, and E and also provides plenty of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and amino acids. Adding this superfood to your diet helps with overall health including bones, teeth, skin, energy, and mood balance!
