Berry Vodka Spritzer

    • Easy

I am sharing my ultimate Summer Cocktail! This drink combines my love for berries, vodka and prosecco. You can also use champagne or sparkling water! The easy and homemade raspberry simple syrup adds sweetness, the vodka that kick all cocktails need and the prosecco that effervescence. Such a refreshing and light drink, hope you give it a try!

    Make Raspberry Simple Syrup

In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup of sugar and a few mashed raspberries. Heat up on the stovetop and bring it up to a simmer. Simmer the syrup for 15-20 minutes then pour it into a glass and allow to cool completely (about an hour).

    Make The Cocktail

Start by adding a few mint leaves into your glass and muddle them to release the scent.

Next, add the simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, vodka, ice cubes then top with prosecco and a few berries. Add a straw if you like and enjoy!

    *Please drink responsibly.
